_An Inhuman Condition_ by Clive Barker is another collection of his stories. Written in typical Barker fashion, these stories are horrorifically perverse and create a neat sense of dread. I think I actually prefer these to most of the stories in Barker's "Books of Blood" series, Yes, this is an old collection; I'm not sure how I missed them.
