Don't ask me why I read _Burning Chrome_ by William Gibson when I know that I'm not particularly fond of Gibson's work. Actually, this collection of short stories, some co-written with other notables from the cyberpunk genre, isn't too bad. _Johnny Mneumonic_ is here, for anyone who saw the movie, and the title story has more than a hint of _Neuromancer_ flavor. I'd call this collection readable, possibly more than that for Gibson fans.
