_Everything Is Under Control: Conspiracies, Cults, and Cover-ups_ by Robert Anton Wilson is sort of an encyclopedia of existing conspiracy theories. None of the items are treated in any depth; the book is more an overview consisting of short blurbs.

Wilson treats each subject very cynically and one gets the impression that he presents almost all of the subjects with a tongue-in-cheek, wink-wink attitude. If you want a broad overview of the paranoia that pervades so much of the conspiracy culture, this isn't a bad way to get it.
